As a research associate in MID Lab, I am working on lung disease identification using deep learning models from chest X-ray and CT scan images. I am also working on improving interpretability of deep learning models to develop trust for their use in security critical applications such as medical imaging diagnostics.

As a research assistant in MID Lab, I worked on the identification and classification of various lung diseases using Deep Learning methodologies. The work involved developing state-of-the-art models for lung disease classification using Chest X-ray images, lung cancer identification using CT scans and Histopathology slides (biopsy), developing a web-based Tuberculosis identification system using Python/Django framework, writing journal papers, and supervising students.
