Recruiting Bio: In recruiting my main skill is accessibility. I am always available to connect with clients and candidates at their convenience. Nothing happens without being present. For over 4 years now, Johnny Lewis has been recruiting for various industries. He has held positions as a Talent Acquisitions Recruiter and Recruiting Manager. He is experienced with Taleo, Peoplesoft, and Epicor. Johnny has also built his pipeline by partnering with local schools, attending Career Fairs, referral programs, hosted lectures with Physicians, held tabling events, CEU seminars and many more recruiting tools. Johnny has managed a team of 6-8 recruiters. He has promoted many of these events via Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. Johnny strongly believes that a pipeline must be looked at in the long term, and the way we promote the preparation of the student population will sustain the reputation that we carry.
