The project is about bidding; there are three main roles in the system i.e. Admin, Mobile users and Resellers. The mobile users upload the bill manually or scrap it from site like O2, Vodafone etc. Then the resellers bid against the requirements uploaded by mobile users. The Resellers must have credit before it bid. To buy credit there are multiple options like Credit Card and Pay Pal. The third role is of admin who manages the website.
