While working as a spokesperson and director of resource development for a nonprofit organization (NPO),I was looking for tools to better manage my constituents (donors, volunteers, the media etc…).
I heard about the Salesforce Foundation and this started a snow ball effect… The rest, as they say, is history. I founded and led a nonprofit Salesforce user group and was exposed to the growing need for many NPOs to integrate technology tools such as Salesforce, Google Apps, and Social Networks to achieve their mission.
Subsequently, I founded Cloud for Good ([login to view URL]), a consulting firm that works exclusively with social change organizations and higher education institutions. We specialize in providing cloud technology tools and most notably, we focus on Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) and Performance Management.
From the first steps in the sales process through the final line of code to our ongoing support, we meet each customer’s unique requirements, timeline and budget. We help customers focus on improving their services by internalizing their strategic vision and configuring the appropriate technology solutions to deliver that vision.
