I have been in the BPO industry for more than 3 years now. I was a Customer Support Representative in one of the top call centers based here in the Philippines. I had been taking in calls and chats from different campaigns and was also part of the Lead Generation and Sales team. I responded to tickets, emails and processed orders for clients through phone. I was promoted Team Leader of my team and part of my tasks was to monitor calls and act as a QA as well. I also do a lot of admin tasks to cater client needs. I send daily and monthly reports to different clients using different CRMs and admin tools. I believe my background in Customer Support and Lead Generation is a significant experience that will make me an asset to your team. I have a "CAN DO" attitude that I believe is necessary for this kind of job.
