Typically manages the US Sales team in making sure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
Coaching, counseling, providing feedback, handling disciplinary issues and providing positive recognition
Ensuring each Sales Executive meets his or her required goals including intraday schedule adherence, attendance, call center metrics, policy/handbook adherence, conduct and performance
Generate potential leads by making thorough research and mapping customer organization.
Planning and monitoring different accounts from assigned areas: through cold calling, regular follow ups, and emails.
Initiate calls and set meetings or conference calls with potential customers.
Works closely with the Sales Director, VP and CEO in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of Onshore/Offshore Work, Staff Augmentation, IT Services etc. to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
