Zoom Contact Center Setup

Need to connect Ooredoo to Zoom through a Session Border Controller (SBC). Ooredoo will provide a SIP connection, and we are requesting their Premium SIP service to ensure higher reliability. The SBC must be installed, secured, and configured so it can communicate with both Ooredoo and Zoom. Once the SBC is in place, a secure link must be set up to Zoom. Zoom requires this connection to use encryption for both signalling and voice traffic. The SBC details also need to be registered in the Zoom administration portal so that Zoom recognises and accepts it. Finally, call routing rules need to be configured. Incoming calls from Ooredoo must be directed into Zoom Contact Center entry points, such as IVR menus and call queues. Outgoing calls from Zoom users must be able to pass back through Ooredoo in order to reach local numbers in Qatar.
