ZOHO Interior Design Web Portal

I want a classic, elegant website fully hosted in Zoho that plugs straight into my Zoho CRM, so every visitor, lead, booking and bid lands in the right module without extra syncing. Key flows I need built: • Three totally separate sign-up paths: one for clients, one for my interior-designer friends, and one for execution partners. Each path should write to its own Zoho CRM layout while still letting me see everything in one place. • A bidding area where execution partners can log in, upload their quotes, and edit or withdraw them; clients, once signed in, should be able to view those bids side-by-side (only the one against their property). • A “Consult a Designer” page that lists my friends with: – portfolio images I can update easily – a short bio section – visible hourly / flat consulting rates – client reviews and star ratings – a button that opens a calendar picker, confirms the slot, and fires a meeting invite (Zoho Bookings or Calendar). • On the same page, clients must be able to upload photos, floor plans, or mood-board files so the selected designer sees them in advance; the files should attach to the CRM record created at sign-up. Behind the scenes, every form field, upload, booking, bid and review has to map to the appropriate Zoho CRM fields and related lists so reporting stays clean. I’m happy to use Zoho Sites plus Creator forms, or any other combination inside the Zoho ecosystem, as long as everything lives under my Zoho domain and keeps the classic-elegant look. Please build, style, test on mobile and desktop, and hand over: 1. The live Zoho site with all pages and forms. 2. A short loom or PDF walkthrough showing where each module sits in Zoho CRM and how to edit content. If anything is unclear, let’s sort it out early—I’m aiming for a smooth launch.
