Zoho One Enablement Mentor – Internal Support Training (Pune / Remote)

1. Project Vision & "The Why" We are creating a sustainable career path for a valued team member who is a specially-abled, paralyzed male. He is intellectually sharp, highly motivated, and a clear communicator, operating via a laptop from his home. This project is about Empowerment. We are not just looking for a technical tutor; we are looking for a mentor to teach him the "back-end" administration of our Zoho ecosystem so he can become our internal Support Lead, providing for himself and his family through technical expertise. 2. Technical Scope The trainee needs to be proficient in providing first-level support for our already implemented Zoho One environment, specifically: Zoho CRM: Troubleshooting visibility, lead assignment, and data entry. Zoho Desk: Ticket routing, SLA management, and response templates. Zoho Expense: Handling policy violations and report approval flows. Zoho People: Correcting attendance logs and employee profile data. 3. Training Deliverables Staggered Mentorship: 2–3 sessions per week for 1 month (Google Meet/F2F). Support SOP Handbook: A written "Cheat Sheet" of common errors and their step-by-step fixes. The Grand Mock Test: A final practical assessment across all 4 modules to prove the trainee can handle real-world support queries independently. 4. Zoho Mastery: Do you have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho One Administration (specifically CRM, Desk, People, and Expense)? Mentorship Mindset: Are you willing to adapt your teaching style to accommodate a person with physical limitations (e.g., focusing on shortcuts, macros, and patient navigation)? Communication: Can you explain complex database logic in simple, everyday language in English or Hindi? Documentation: Are you willing to create a written "SOP Handbook" as part of your final deliverable? Assessment: Are you capable of designing a "Scenario-Based Mock Test" to evaluate the trainee’s skills at the end of the month? Remote Tools: Are you proficient in using Zoho Assist or Google Meet to provide "over-the-shoulder" remote guidance? 5.
