I run our marketing stack entirely on Zoho and I’m ready to tighten every nut and bolt inside the funnel. The immediate goal is to weave Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho SalesIQ into one smooth-flowing system that captures, nurtures and converts leads without manual babysitting. Right now several automations exist, but they’re clunky, slow or simply outdated. I need them rebuilt, refactored and extended so we can: • Drive stronger lead generation • Fire precise email-marketing sequences automatically • Maintain real-time customer segmentation that updates itself as prospects move through the funnel You’ll jump straight into live workflows, spot inefficiencies, clean up custom functions and create new rules where gaps appear. Think multi-step journeys, web-to-lead forms that tag contacts correctly, dynamic lists in Campaigns, SalesIQ chat triggers, and crystal-clear reporting dashboards that prove it’s all working. This is ongoing, hourly work. After each round I expect a brief changelog, recommendations for the next iteration and clean version control inside Zoho.
