Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to design and implement an initial CRM setup for a group of three related businesses operating under a shared structure. The businesses operate independently but share resources and require both separate and consolidated reporting. This is a Phase 1 engagement focused on building a clean, scalable CRM foundation. Business Structure: The CRM will support three entities: Residential construction business Joinery business Stone and surfaces business Each business must operate independently within the CRM, while allowing group-level visibility and reporting.
