Greeting I've read the project. So Before I can suggest you any style I think I need to review your video as the style mostly depend on the raw the video you will provide. For 10 Min Video 48hr is turnaround I can provide Although will let you know exact time after we finalize the style. So, In term of Software I use After Effect and Priemer Pro, Color grading mostly depend on the footage but if it's travel mostly blue tone or cinematic yellow tone is the way to go, I will add subtitles to match and syc with the scene so there won't be any issue.
