Need c# and json programmer

To fix:
• The documentation does not mention what tools I need to run the solution
• HDI schema required properties are not the same in the json compared to the xsd schema. The same applies to the other schemas
• Json schemas for HDI do not match what the endpoint is expecting. The api accepts:

Both do not match what the documentation describes on page 8.
• Unfortunately there are no value restrictions in the schemas
• The system starts with no data at all nor is there a guide on how to load initial data.
• The API does not return XML responses when setting the Accept: application/xml header. Apparently it only checks for text/xml
• Json is not validated according to the schema.
• The location header returned after a POST has the wrong identifier, e.g. https://localhost:44313/api/HDI5, it misses a / between HDI and 5
• Posting XML doesn’t work, gives Connection reset
• No graphical visualization present
In order to sucessfully work the solution needs both XML and Json validation in the API and preferably also some graphical visualization.
