CSS/XHTML Coder needed please

I am looking for a long term partnership with a CSS/XHTML coder. I am a UK based web design company and my current work load is far too large for me to handle alone. I am looking for someone who can transform PSD files in code and I am looking for someone who can commit to at least 5 pages per day. My budget for this project is $30 per page as there is so much work already waiting to be done. Weekly escrow payments can be made until a good working relationship has been built up between me and the winning bidder. The escrow will be made based on you completing 5 pages per day, 5 days per week, and I will release to you whatever has been completed. Obviously I am looking for someone who can stick to 5 pages per day but I know myself that other commitments can come up in life and so I am flexible and just looking for a long term business relationship.

I have already taken a look around GAF and pick out a few providers that I would be interested in hearing from, and you will have received an invite to bid on this project.

Please only bid per page and like I said $30 is my max per page and any bids over this will be ignored.

Once you have completed your first page and I have approved it, I will leave feedback for you straight away and leave a path open for future payment transfers.

There will also be the chance of possible SEO work and graphic design work for some of the clients we are building these sites for.
