I would like to create a application or service that will call customers on there phone and announce their balance on the phone
The platform is windows
The database we use is Advantage Database Server. (windows) ([url removed, login to view])
a. The outbound call should be free or extremely cheap like using Google voice or tropo etc.
b. The prompts should be able to use a TTS engine and saved wav files mixed
c. We would also need to include some variables like “we are calling from” + $Store_name$ + “You have a balance of”+ $customer_balance$ + “prompt payment would be appreciated ”+ “if you press 1 you would be able to listen to our latest specials ” +play(c:\[url removed, login to view])
If 1 is pressed play c:\tem\spsl\[url removed, login to view]

A voiceXML or similar should be used to tweak the TTS and the SQL running other properties of the system
