QUESTIONS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR RESPONSE:(this is a must, otherwise we cannot consider)
(1) Do you have a feel/flair for what a Tween Girl's World should look/feel/sound/ like...? How...? Why...?
(2) Design should "speak" their language...colors, textures, layouts, clarity of navigation...not a template...! Please show how you have accomplished this in the past in the Young Girl's Entertainment genre
(3) Quote should include total cost for website, project timeline from concept to mocks to drafts to finals...and should also include all codes, etc...
