flash xml drag gallery

What i would need is a dynamic xml loaded gallery in as2. the gallery should be scrollable horizontally Or vertically but one way only) with mouse drag of each picture or by a button, the pictures should contain a link, and a tooltip should show for every picture.

I will link here a gallery done in as3 sold on flashden which is praticly what i need.

I would like to add different features as well as the ones this autor included which would be editable form the xml like: full resizabilty, gap size between images, gallery autoplay on/off, gallery autoplay delay, images link url, buttons/tooltip show on/off, tooltip background color, scroll horizontaly/vertically, ecc. the more is editable via xml the better it is ofc.

if the grab could have a better look than the one from the link with a tween on the movements or something it would probably look nicer but its not necessary, these minor features will be discussed later.

Quite simple task i guess.

I would be very pleased to receive quotes for such a task.

here is a link to a better version of what i need, the scrolling thumb gallery should be included but only visible if chosen (by xml attribute ofc). (no full screen mode needed)
