Flash/XML Visual Configuration Tool

This project is 2 parts, part one if the conversion of a current javascript/css based configuration tool to Flash/XML. The second part is to replape the last option "applications" with a rules based system for adding accessories. The application must be written using XML to allow for the addition of parts and rules. We must be able to toggle parts/rules on and off using some sort of flag such as "show" or "hide". The xml rules can be "loaded" in to the flash gui, each item should have flexible attributes so we can change them as needed. (such as the images, etc.) The final configuration needs to result in an easy to deliver parts list that we can then email or store. all interaction with email and databases will use CF. therefore a delimited list should be available to a CF script after the visual configuration is completed. This will be a complex (in rules) project and I need a developer that can be extremely responsive as well as proficinet in english. The project must be completed in 2 weeks.
