Hi, a Windows app that turns a script or an XML file into a rendered stickman video. Timing is what usually breaks: dialogue length and animation don't line up on their own. How I would build it: WPF over a scene model, a parser mapping script or XML into it, TTS run first so every line has a real duration, then the timeline feeds frames to FFmpeg for MP4. Updating this to spell out exactly what the 2 days covers, so nothing is a surprise later. Two days gets you the working core: an XML schema plus a simple script grammar, a parser that turns both into one timeline model, a basic stickman renderer driven by that timeline with poses, movement and dialogue timing, speech bubbles and subtitles drawn in, and MP4 export through FFmpeg. Full C#/WPF source and the schema documentation come with it. What that price and timeline do not cover, and I would rather say it up front than have you find out halfway: the visual timeline editor, TTS voices, scene management, the background library and the polished UI. Those are separate work and I will quote them once you have seen the core turn a script into an actual video. I split it this way because the core is what everything else stands on.
