We are an all natural supplement company that sells the highest quality of products to our customers. We sell online and are also very involved with various CrossFit Communities nationwide that also use and sell our products.
We are having quite a bit of trouble getting everything in WordPress, WooCommerce and Jazva (inventory and ordering software that our manufacturing company uses) to sync together and work well. We are also having trouble with our reporting and are just limited on understanding the depth of the resources available to us on our wordpress and woocommerce and other plugins. One big problem, is that the shipping tracking labels are not syncing between jazva and woocommerce so when a customer calls in wanting the status of their order, we cannot see the tracking number so we have to call the manufacturing company to find out. See the attached image - the tracking number should be on the right hand side.
Another problem, is that for the "time to reorder" emails that go out after so many weeks, if a customer clicks on that email and reorders, the whole order gets lost, yet they receive an email confirmation AND their credit card is charged.
