Wordpress Theme Optimization (Video Theme)

Hello, first of all i want to make something clear. Im a Senior SEO Consultant for one of the biggest agencies in europe. So dont promise heaven and deliver shit. I can evaluate the work. When its shit i dont pay. The Job: I have a theme based on the video theme detube [login to view URL] It was already optimized on different pages by a couple of people. So dont await a mess. The google speed test score is 67/100 for desktop and 46/100 for mobile. What i now want is a PROFESSIONAL who can do the following optimizations and customizations based on my documentation i deliver within 2 days after bid. In short: - The code has 8xJS and 3 up to 4x CSS files. These files must be changed in 1, maximal 2 bootstrap files. There is also a "above the fold warning" in google speed test regarding 1 css file. You need to fix that too. - The code must be cleaned of all functions, codes, metas, css, feeds, text and external stuff that are not in use, take too much time to load. Including all templates (single page, category page, tag page, index etc...). Check the site on [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or tools you prefer and fix everything that causes long loading. - The theme must be fully responsive. I will test it!! - I need custom text and custom thumbs on the category and tag pages. My admins already implemented something that works but its bad coded. When you start bidding please assure that you are good in coding and wp customization. - The theme has a video player. You need to integrate me a loop function. 2 more things you need to know. The theme is for an adult site. To see it in action on my servers you must be sure you dont have a problem with it. all server sided optimizations, caching, etc. will be done by me and my admins -
