Wordpress review site

I need a developer to work on this Wordpress site. The site needs to be delivered very quickly.

I have installed toolset and tested various other method to achieve the following:

1. I page per business partner. In this page reviews will be presented with starts and diagrams. Users will be able to file the reviews anyway they like.

2. Each business partner will send a link to their customer in order for them to leave a review on their products or services. Their customer will be able to click that link and leave reviews.

3. Each business partner will be able to log in to the back end and upload their reviews too via csv upload

The best way to achieve is will be to create tables (post type) within Wordpress to record the partners, customers, reviews etc and then allow login via access manager.

I prefer not to install any third party plugin that is not well rated and well supported.
