I need a custom plugin, from scratch, that will help me handle the projects that some of my users send in order to get money from my company.
This module will have the following functionalities:
● allows to adjust the parameters, stages and components within each financing session. These adjustments the possibility to define de minimis schemes (calendar, amounts, etc.), budget lines for each scheme, the types of users who can apply for funding;
● comunication wirh external website by transmitting through API the approved or rejected projects;
● Submission of project proposals through in the specific period, approved by me or by other specific administrators. Project proposals will be submitted by authenticated users, via smart forms, and will be accompanied by all annexes that I ask(smart form) as well as other documents that the applicant considers relevant for the realization of his project. Each submitted project will enter the eligibility validation process and has some clear status that I can set
● Bidirectional communication with authenticated users who have submitted projects, with the possibility of sending clarifications / appeals. Each message sent in this way will be accompanied by a notification sent by email to the user.
● approved projects will follow signing a contract via this plugin. I put the contract to be signed, the user can download, sign and upload again the contract. Then I can download, sign and ulpoad the contract aigned by me.
● Project implementation component submitted for financing, through the possibility for users to add the statements and payments made within the project for each statement (scanned documents accompanied by appropriate metadata).
● Various reports for my with the users, money spent, etc
