I'm looking for the creation of a lead form landing page for Solar leads. I want survey questions to gauge qualification. If not qualified, will receive a message, if qualified will continue to the next question until they get to the point where they can pick a date and time for a consultation. I have a wordpress account, calendly, elementor, funnel builder by cartflow etc.. The goal is to drive FB ad clicks to this page to convert. If they wind up scheduling it will auto flow to a calendar with the answers to the previous questions. If they go through the funnel and don't schedule, I'd like the lead to flow to either an email/text/or into a crm.

Hi There, Hope this finds you in great health and spirits. After going through the description, this is what we understand : Once a user lands on your Facebook ads they would be redirected to the form/page that are going to design and develop. This landing page owuld host a series of questions that would gauge the eligibility of the user and if they qualify then they would be allowed to schedule an appointment for consultation as per their time and convenience. If the appointment for the consultation is confirmed then all the answers provided by the user to the questions posted in the beginning would be auto saved in a calendar (or somewhere in the admin panel). In case they go through but dont schedule an appointment then the lead would be either emailed to the admin of the site or be saved in a CRM. Now, there are many questions thats popping in our minds right now, for instance, which CRM would be used to store the leads that passed through but didnt schedule the appointment? which calendar are you planning on using? Is registartion or login required to take the eligibility test? If failed, do they get a second attempt at it? Hey, to be clear: we discard the lead as soon as they pick an answer we don't want them to? I've done quiz lead gen before and can help you build it plus integrate from ads and with calendly. Please check my portfolio & reviews. Thank you!
