Wordpress Developer to Implement Google Ad Manager Ads/Tags

Job Description:
We are setting up GAM ads on our website and our ad ops guys sent us a few tags that they told us need to be implemented on the site. The ad tags are split up by Native, Desktop, and Mobile Web. They are dynamic ad units I was told so we do not have a set ad layout or set placements on our website.
I am a bit confused as to how to implement these tags and get ads showing. I was told we need to "populate the URLs as well as the cachebuster" but I'm not completely sure how to do this and where this coding needs to be added on our wordpress site.
