My WordPress site backoffice is currently inaccessible, and I encounter the message: "ERROR: An error was encountered while trying to authenticate. Please try again." when attempting to log in. I'm unsure what to do and urgently need assistance to recover my access. I do have access to my hosting provider, but I don't suspect any specific plugins to be causing the issue.
