Word Press Website Customer Service Person & Designer
CUSTOMER SERVICE person needed immediately.
Advanced CMS Services Inc. [login to view URL] is looking for a qualified person to handle our companies customer service needs and manage our clients WordPress websites so you must know how to build them and be fluent in English. Please no companies or firms. We are seeking to develop a long-term relationship with one individual.
Must be proficient in;
English, written as well as spoken.
People skills as you will be communicating directly with our clients
Photoshop and or Illustrator
Need to be proficient in video sliders
Wordpress websites with Cpanel & WHM
Setting up emails or changing name servers
Familiar with A Records and DNS Record management
Familiar with Manage WP
Upload WordPress themes and build out content
Updating clients websites
Be familiar with basic SEO practices
Work with our company's website developers to handle any website, email or hosting issues.
Experience working with WordPress themes is a must. Must have understanding of uploading themes, editing themes, working with plugins and adding content to create layouts. Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML and PHP is a plus.
Right now the hours required would not be many per week but this position can become a 20-hour a week or even a full time position over time.
Your basic duties are requirements are:
A 9-5 EST work schedule
Answer phone calls
Provide basic customer support
Improve SEO scores using [login to view URL]
Provide us a link to your portfolio as we may decide later on to hire you to develop some of our customer’s websites.
List any additional information and skills you think are necessary for this job.
You will need to provide us with at least three companies that can give you reference. We do not hire without checking references. We conduct a minimum of three interviews. If you pass the interview process you will be hired on a 90-day probationary basis as your skill set will be tested and confirmed. Work schedule is 9am-5pm EST.
