word press import and export files

Background: I have a [login to view URL] site; the inventory file is imported from my vendor’s file. The file that is in the system is called “[login to view URL]” see screen shot. The previous programmer refused to send us documentation. Also has [login to view URL] file, and [login to view URL] file for the new products 2. the “june_file_to_upload_added_sku_modified,csv file “is for the used computer products 3. She did not put the UPC code in the original file structure 4. I paid her to upload the file to the Google merchant center, the end result only has 10K items active, and the rest were not approved, and refused to fix it 5. Also wanted the file to be able to upload to the Amazon, or may be to the eBay site 6. I have my vendor send me the latest file with my cost, and the other files are in the site to be downloaded, UPC, product spec, images… Work need to be done: I have cloned the [login to view URL] site to an adcomputers.alldigital-usa.com. So we can practice uploading the latest file without messing up the original site. 1.. I need to see if the file structure can be the same that needs to be uploaded to my own site, Amazon, Google, and eventually eBay, so it does not have to repeat so many times 2. UPC bar code/Amazon ASIN should be used for all channels, so can we merge the regular files and UPC file, and add this field to my site. Need to check what other field in these other channels file structure so it can all done the same 3. The whole objective is: A. be able to update the file monthly, to update new products, and discontinued old products. I already face an order that the manufacturer has discontinued B. same file should be updated to Google merchant center, Amazon/eBay later monthly C. can this be documented so I can do the update without messing up the original site (I had three programmers attempted and got my site down for weeks) Please quote a project price to completion (mean website is uploaded with the latest file with no errors), Amazon site is uploaded, and Google site uploaded... Please quote price for each site, computers, Amazon, and Google, and eBay
