A customer has advised that when selecting the credit card option on the checkout page, the form does not process the transaction, but returns to the same checkout page.
If the customer tries the same process of selecting credit card and 'check out' for a second time, they receive an error: "error processing checkout. Please try again". When I have tested the process used by the customer I received the same error.
