WCFM Plugin Customization -- 2

I am using WCFM plugin on my site and looking for following small customization's
Req - 1
- Create user input field as "Table No" under Order details for Vendor
- Add column as "Table No" in Order Report and display value entered under order details for Vendor
Req - 2
- Add new menu item as "My QR Code" for Vendor
- When vendor click on "My QR Code", a Printable QR code will be displayed with combination of details like Store URL (as QR) + Top Title "Store Name" + Bottom title "Powered by Domain URL
