set up shipping options on woocommerce webshop

We need assistance with setting up properly the shipping alternatives for our webshop. We got 3 shipping options for our webshop that got maximum weight and sizes. Shipping option 1: Letter , maximum weight 100 grams Shipping option 2: Door delivery, maximum weight 2000 grams, maximum package size is 35x25x12cm. However we can add several items inside of the same package, but the weight can't exceed 2000 grams. Shipping option 3: Delivery to post office. No maximum weight, here we also got a shipping class to add fees for large items. All the options got fixed price so there are no price calculations. ex. if a customer buy a sticker that is 12x12x0.1cm and weighs 20 grams they get all 3 options, but if they add a Vinyl roll that's 160x25x25cm, that weighs 12.7kg they only get the third shipping option with my fee since the size it's too big for the cheaper smaller package options. If they buy the stickers they can buy 5 of them and still get the letter shipping option, but if they add 6 they can only choose the other 2 parcel options. Once they add enough items that they get over 2000 grams then only they only get the delivery to the post office.
