1. Application support by email and phone
2. New client onboarding
3. Ongoing training and webinars
4. Creating Helpguide, software demo videos and how-to videos
5. Collecting user and application issues and escalating to the development team
6. Helping to creates marketing materials
Candidate with experience of WordPress, Email Marketing software and social media marketing experience would be a bonus. less
