The website in question where the calculator plugin is needed is related to a lady who is a sexworker. If you have moral issues with this, then the job is not for you.
I would like to encourage females to place a bid.
Skills count for more than gender in the end, though. But women ROCK! ;)
I will need something visual and/or clickable since I do not speak "tech" at all. It's like reading Mandarin or Swahili to me.
Must work in the WP theme Astra. I can't provide link just yet to the Astra theme, since the developer is unavailable for a few days. We can buy the PRO version if needed.

The site is in danish, but the functions will be more or less the same.
The job is ONLY for the price calculator with the green slider input, some variables as add-on choices with a preset default value, and the price with an output.
We need a slightly simpler version of the taxi-calculator, so it will fit into smaller space.
Instead of the drop-down choices:
Vælg by/område (Sjælland/København as default)
Hvornår skal du køre? (Hverdage as default)
Antal passagerer (1-4 passagerer)
Medbringes cykel? (Nej)
Skal taxien krydse betalingsbro? (Nej)
...we need some yes/no circles and/or check-boxes like seen in polls or exams with multiple choices.
The input in the slider will be postal codes, not kilometers (km) and the output will be the price of the service.
So basically we need something very similar to the dantaxi calculator.
In the end, it will need to be embedded(?) as a plugin in an existing WordPress page (under construction so I can't link to anything yet) and have it's own "link" in the menu.
Must fit into a sort of FAQ with drop-down answers, and if that is not possible.
The function of the slide/price calculator is for clients to be able to calculate how much in total it will cost them to book a date to their postal code. So it's a price calculator for a named sexworker including transportationfee etc.
The idea is that everything can work with just easy clicks with simple choices (like 1, 2 or 3 hours) and possibly extra services not included in the base price. No where in the input section should it be asked that they put in something that requires use of keyboard... or more than the very simplest brain activity. So sliders and yes/no choices and 1 2 3 choices will have to do.
Keep it simple.
Make the slider blue from the beginning when you link to examples you've made for feedback.
The slider (and output) will be "jumping" prices, not generic. Like postal code 0 to 2500 is base price, 2501 to 2700 plus 100kr, 2701-4000 plus 200kr, 4001-4300 plus 300, 4301-4999 plus 400 and over a certain postal it will only be possible to chose 2 hours for example.
The number of "minimum hours for your postal code" should be a separate output just like the price result
An alternative input is needed too. An empty box/line where the postal code can be typed in and the calculation will be given without the slider.
You can find an example of this here:
Scroll down to the pink header saying
"Kom din pris lidt nærmere.."
There is the direct input to type in as an example.
The data will have to be provided by us, so just use example numbers.
Base price is 1.700kr
Any jump in price is +100 each jump
Hopefully it's not necessary to point out that it's not about aesthetics, but about function and database (or whatever?) behind it.
I have no idea what skills are required, so I just kept the auto-choice made by freelancer. I'll need to see links to working prototypes and not just text. I need to be able to try it out so I can be assured that it can DO what we need and not just look the part.
About 85% of users will be using mobile phones. It still has to look nice and work on laptops, tablets and stationary computers and all other thinkable devices, operating systems etc.
