Read carefully. I am using WPForms for user submitted POSTS that will actually be considered REVIEWS on my REVIEWS page. The user goes to my REVIEWS page and decides to leave a review by filling out a WPForms that already shows stars on the form. Then the user hits submit. From my dashboard I click on POSTS. I see the user submitted POST (Review) but the STARS do not show up. Even after I publish the post I still do not see the stars.
The WPForms form for this is set up, at least mostly. I don't think the problem is in WPForms. I think, by default, that Wordpress POSTS do not have the ability to read the star rating because I don't see any place for a star rating in dashboard POSTS. I'm wondering if maybe there needs to be something like a custom posts type plugin we need that would give a place for the star rating to go.
But I don't know the answer. If I did I'd do it myself. Whatever it takes, this is how I would like for it to work. Maybe some theme function php needs to be modified? I was reading something about that too.
If there are any questions please ask. I have already had several other Freelancers say they could do this for me and none of them can. I will ask that this work be done remotely through TeamViewer. I do not feel comfortable with someone in my site and me not know what they are doing. So if you cannot work remotely please do not Bid on this project.
ALL generic quick bids within 2 seconds of me posting this will be removed from consideration. I have spend 3 days on this and I'm not interested in someone that's not confident they can do this task.
Thanks in advance
