Need Default Filter button to have white box around it all times on Wpgrid

My site currently uses WP grid for all blog categories, CSS edited with yellow pencil currently, I have it where you select multiple filters each of them has the white box around them, but the default filter only does when the filter is selected alone, I want the default filter to have the white box at all times whether is selected or not, Need this for all category pages, should be able to do the coding globally/
