Modification in Woocommerce shipping fields

I have two fields in the submission form section that I would like to modify.

The first one is called "city" which I want to display in "FULLWIDTH". You can see it on the attached screenshot as field "A".

The second is a select box added by a plugin that I want to hide because I'm already using a similar field. You can see it on the attached screenshot as field "B".

Please read this requirement carefully as the solution is not as simple as it seems. First let me explain the real scenario.

1) I am not using the default Woocommerce checkout. I use a plugin called "WooFunnels" which has its own design based on a template that I can modify with Elementor.

In the WooFunnels checkout page template edition, there is the possibility to make the field full width, but it is not responding specifically because this field is managed by another plugin that I use and that I describe below.

2) The second plugin called "WooCommerce Shipping Rates by City" I use to create shipping rates by city. It is this plugin that is creating the field "B" in the image that I just want to hide, but without deactivating the plugin as I need it.

This plugin directly affects the "A" field as well. (City), but I don't understand why it adds the field below again (field "B").

What I want is to hide it with the CSS class "display:none;" but I can't do it and I can't find the class that this plugin is creating for this field (field "B") so I need help.

It is very likely that to do this you will need to access the "WooCommerce Shipping Rates by City" plugin files and edit the CSS class or create a new one to be able to hide the "B" field.
