Several operational problems have emerged over the last four to six months, or since I began with Siteground.
Before Siteground I was with WP Engine (based in Austin). 500 Sever errors have popped up repeatedly. Links aren't working. I've been told by tech guys at WP tech Support that I'm experiencing server shortage issues, but the Siteground says are saying I'm not experiencing that.
Now there's a new issue with Disqus. Disqus routinely shows the number of a comments about a particular post. On my iPhone as well as on my Macbook Pro. If a post has been put behind my Patreon paywall, it still shows the number of comments. But two days ago the number of comments disappeared on the iPhone. NOT on my laptop but just on my iPhone. Infuriating.
There are all kinds of penny-ante, nickle-and-dime issues popping up, and it's driving me crazy. I could send transcript os discussions with Siteground and with WP Tech Support. I don't have time to write a novel to explain everything.
