From Spreadsheet to Wordpress + Google Maps embed maps html code

I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns :
1) Variable = city/neighborhood
2) HTML text (one for each city) = like the one I put as an example in C2 cell
3) Google maps embed map html code = I need you to generate the html code to embed a map of the city/neighborhood that is in column 1
Overall, I need you to create one page for each text on a wordpress site with the HTML text of column 2 and at the end the HTML google maps embed code (like the one in C2 cell).
