formidable forms (Pabbly connect) wordpress

In my current wordpress site, I use a plugin called "formidable forms" it happens that I send forms through a page called Pabbly Connect to a whatsapp number (that's what I currently do), so I would like to add a code that can make me add to multiple numbers that alternate and choose how many forms to send for each number in an organized way.
example: (form = someone who fills out the form on my website) I need to send 4 forms to advisor 1 and 3 forms to advisor 2 (immediately) once the quotas for each one are met, the forms are sent to a base number
the advisors are going to be updated so I need me to be able to manually add and remove them (I have some knowledge in programming just a little)
