Finish a DIVI Builder Project

We have an unfinished DIVI project, we need 5 pages to be re-coded in a way to make the pages load faster. This means use the same images and text but improving the layout for faster loading.
The menu in the mobile version needs to be done differently to the desktop, here is the challenging bit, we need the mobile menu to be done by the Divi builder and not by a plugin. The reference for this menu is this >> [login to view URL] Enter this site via your mobile and check it out. If you are very good with Divi Builder and can achieve similar results then please bid.
A summary of what needs to be done:
1. Have the Menu plugin removed and make a Menu with just the Divi builder (this has already been started by the previous freelancer BUT it needs to be finished)
2. The Slider revolution replaced with simple Divi builder slider (The slider revolution has already been replaced by previous Freelancer BUT it may need a few tweaks to make it work)
3. There is 5 pages in the website that need the layout redesigned and maximized for fast loading (This task still needs to be done)
4. Make it very mobile friendly (The mobile menu (sample attached) should be different to the present desktop menu, an image example of how the menu should look will be giving. Also the mobile menu should sit at the bottom of the page and will have 5 direct links; Search, Shop, Whatsapp, Login and the Cart)
This task requires some basic knowledge of best page optimization for fast loading. If this project is within your capabilities. Please bid!!
