equipment rental plugin

here is in SHORT what is needed. i am not explaining ALL functions i need, but you can get the picture what is generally needed. i am looking for video EQUIPMENT RENTAL solution for my site. i am using a theme from Elegant Themes, but this is not a must. can use any theme if needed. the pluging must have possibility to select the equipment as a package or just the opposite - every single element of it. (packages may be in different category or so.) i.e. one package consist of camera, lens, tripod, cables, batteries etc - and is listed as a fixed package. you cannot CHANGE items in this package, but client can ADD something extra if needed. but the user (the client) may have his own needs, so he can choose i.e. one camera, three lenses, two tripods (small and large), several batteries of different type etc. plug in must have a calendar based on days (NOT HOURS). the owner (myself) may change availability, quantity, etc. (quantity may be from 0 to infinity - i.e. i can say that certain camera is not available or i can say that i have many items of the same kind, or i just do not want to SHOW that i have certain equipment of certain kind in certain quantities, and despite this - the client still can have possibility to book the equipment, which i can later confirm (if available) or not (if not available). also - when someone is completing his "wish list" (list of equipment) - the plugin is sending email notification with list of equipment to the owner (myself). and i can chech what is available and what is not. i will need also back info - what is already rented, what is not, which element of my inventory is broken, which is repaired and which one is just traveling to me from the client. these are general needs. i will need capable person, open minded and someone who made something similar in the past, so he/she may have experience with similar things and therefore the making that kind of plugin may be easier for him/her. i am NOT in a great rush, but i will need this in reasonable time to be finished. regarding this plugin - i will definitely need to check different states of your work before deciding to go or not to go. i wish to pay in two installments. first one - when both of us agree that we are seeing the same and going in the same direction second one - when project is finished. thank you, Filip Kovcin, Warsaw, Poland
