Enhancing an existing Woocommerce Food Menu plugin

We are currently using a Woocommerce Food plugin and are looking to further enhance the features.
Our requirements:
BACKEND:
1-Current plugin only shows Menu by Date. We want to Create Sessions (Bfast,Lunch,Dinner) w/Cutoff time conditions to allow multiple Menus within the same day, based on Time conditions
2-Current plugin’s method for create Menus can be improved.
Use Responsive Table to shortlist Products for Menu
3-Limiting Time Delivery Slots to specific Sessions
FRONTEND:
4-Optimise Frontend logic to query & display menu more efficiently
5-Adjust placement of Date/TimeSession selection boxes-
