Job Description:
A wordpress site is to be created. A design is to be created for this. The design should then be created as a child theme based on Twitter Bootstrap theme. Explicitly no off-the-shelf themes and no frontend editors may be used!
It will be important that the page complies with everything that is important in terms of SEO. This means that all images must be marked up, there must be correct fonts (H1) and page titles.
In the end, the page must show "green" in Pingdom and Google Page Insights for desktop and mobile.
As plugins are allowed only those that we specify. No Kernel Modifications of Woprdpress, Plugins or Theme itself are allowed because we´ll want to keep everything updateable. Therefore you´ll have to work in a child-theme.
So it's just about a small website. But very accurate in terms of optics and SEO created.
When placing the order, we will tell you what other pages the customer has, so that the design to be created is adapted to them. How the design should look, we will then communicate separately.
He liked this one: [login to view URL] but I think it could be done better, even while their SEO-Mechanics (linking the subpages several times by adding some cities to the keywords) is an good Idea.
His topics are "building houses", respectively "building surveyors", the design of the page should be accordingly.
Compared to the other pages it should look a bit fresher and more modern.
This side is to be however only a main side. In addition three individual topic sub-pages (1. building surveyor insurance damage to buildings, 2. building surveyor house purchase appraisal, 3. mold surveyor), which are featured on the main page.
Photos and texts for the pages and the sub-pages can be found in the directories.
At the end of the main page there should be a contact form with a call-to-action button.
On the main page you should also see its certificates.
Otherwise, there are only the subpages "Privacy" and "Imprint" and the link "Contact" (which, however, only scrolls to the contact form).
Work happens on our DEV-Server, where a clean and fresh installed wordpress is waiting for you.
Befre we´ll start to develope, we´ll need a design example for the starting page and one for the subpage.
Please let me know in your quote whats three plus five is, so I can be sure, that you´ll read everything carefully until the end. All persons who give invoices without that won´t be considered as they are identified as bots.
