Design and Wordpress Skills needed for a Staff Page -- 2

I have a staff page on my wordpress website.
I got some new photos taken of all the staff. I am looking for someone that can make the page look a bit more modern and upload the new photos onto this page.
I also want the owner of the company profile to stick out a bit more.
The current staff page has a slider. I want that removed so all the staff pages and bio appear on the site.
