Design Landing Page, Customize Theme, Embed Videos & Create Content Locker

We can pay $50 to $100 MAXIMUM for this project. Please DO NOT bid on this project if you cannot do it within our $50 to $100 budget and complete within 5 days.
We are going to use a SECURE wordpress video streaming service and a premium music video streaming theme we purchased. We need the following 12 tasks done.
1. Create and design a full width, mobile responsive landing page on the homepage (Example: [login to view URL]). We have a mockup of how we want this to look.
2. Customize homepage of the theme (Using demo 11). So this will be homepage music fans see after login. This landing page (Homepage of theme) will be called "members": (Example: [login to view URL]). We will install the theme here and customize it. Music fans will watch music videos starting on this page
3. User must register and sign in to see members page where videos are embed. Music Fan member will be login in to their accounts to see music videos they can unlock to watch full music video.
4. Embed 21 videos on the members landing page (3 videos per row X 7 rows)
5. Create a content locker pop-up using Elementor. This is very simple to crate in Elementor and we will give you a YouTube video to show you how.
6. After a video has played for 45 seconds the content locker pop-up must appear and video must stop
7. To see full video and remove content locker the music fan must click a button on the pop-up whereby they are taken to a page to complete a form
8. After successfully completing the form the music fan must be redirected back to the members area landing page (They can click button to take them back) to carry on watching and unlocking more music videos
9. After the music fan has completed the form once, and they login to members area page the next time, no pop-up conent lock must appear on videos they have already unlocked, by completing qizz/form etc, they are free to watch any video they previously unlocked
10. The theme allows Music Creators to submit and upload their videos. Music Creators must be able to check via their admin how many times their video has been successfully unlocked each month
11. Install and configure Wordfence security plugin
12. Install WP Migration plugin and create backup
We need this project completed within 3 to 5 days and we can pay $50 to $100 MAXIMUM
