I have a complete questionnaire written in Arabic that I need turned into a fully electronic version. All questions, answer spaces, and any instructions must appear exactly as they do now, with proper right-to-left alignment and fonts that display flawlessly on both desktop and mobile screens. I am flexible on the final medium—fillable PDF, Word form, or an online form are all acceptable—so long as the end product is easy for respondents to open, read, and submit. Please let me know which option you feel is most reliable and how quickly you can deliver it. Accuracy in transcription is essential; no wording can change and every diacritic must remain intact. When you hand it back, I will need: • The finished electronic questionnaire, ready to distribute. • An editable source file so I can make small updates later if needed.
