WooCommerce Bulk Products Import, Custom Fields, Variations, Min Order Qty in import

What I need is strategy, setup and implantation of the following. No web design or full website development. Just the WooCommerce part. I need to import a bulk amount of products (40k) to woocommerce through plugin. Before I do that I need to add custom fields on product page under title for different kinds of product numbers/tags and add those info in new columns on the sheet, also need to create variations of each product: single, per case, and per pallet. Single will have a minimum order qty which also needs to be set up with plugin and then add column in sheet with info, then import sheet to website along with all those added custom info that are meant for the added plugins too. Do you think you can help with this or do you have other solutions?
