Prototype: Mobile Forms Application

We are looking for the enclosed forms to be digitially created for the Windows Mobile 5.0 or 6.0 platform. Application should work on both Pocket PC and SmartPhone. For this bid we are looking strictly at a quick prototype. The prototype should work, but all of the features do not need to be implmented before the final version. Final version will have some different values than the current scoresheets, but not to different. ALL work should be done in a tool such as XSDesigner or PenDragon. I do NOT want a custom application. This should be something that is easily modified or localized by our non technical staff. I will need to see screenshots of either this form or simliar forms you have done BEFORE a selection is made. Before the Show: All Judge’s Names are entered into the Database on the main show PC. SPL Competitor Fills out the release form at the registration table. Information is input into Laptop by Event Official. Verification Judge is selected at the end of the process by the Event Official. Information is synchronized to PDA for Judge to input Scores. PDA is now the master record with the judge entering all of the scores for each run by the competitor. Every hour on the hour, the information in the PDA is synchronized back to the Event Official Laptop. This then becomes the official system of record for all previous runs. At the end of the day, all records are sync’d back to the laptop and certificates are printed. A complete run record for the day is also printed and signed by both judges and forwarded back to the home office. (All cert printing, etc will be handled by Excel / Word and is out side the scope of this project.) SQ Competitor Fills out the release form at the registration table. Information is input into Laptop by Event Official. SQ, RTO and Install Judges are selected at the end of the process by the Event Official. Records are sync’d to a PDA for each judge. (So the same record goes to three different devices.) Each judge fills out the score sheet for his/her section. Every hour on the hour, the information in the PDA is synchronized back to the Event Official Laptop. This then becomes the official system of record. All of the information becomes meshed, so that records become complete. (With only the judge that is doing a section allowed to be able to enter data into their section.) At the end of the day, all records are sync’d back to the laptop and certificates are printed. A complete run record for the day is also printed and signed by both judges and forwarded back to the home office.(Again the printing, etc is outside the scope of this project.)
