The customer is an European institution and requires European citizenship from the candidates. Position is on-site in Munich-Germany.

Remote work is NOT possible.

Skills

• Proficient English communication skills

• Excellent communication skills

• IT Support skills (hardware and software)

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving Hardware and Software issues

• Good working experience with Windows 10, MS Office, Edge, Chrome, Skype, Adobe, Video Conferencing software and Windows Applications

• Installation of Desktop/laptop and printer devices

• Replacement of defective parts and equipment where required

• Assembling and installation of Video Conferencing systems

• Participation in planned changes, updates and moves by arranging equipment and migrating data

• Providing prompt and communicating accurate feedback to the team leads

• Ensuring that all issues are properly logged and up to date in the ticketing system

• Prioritizing and managing open issues

• Good understanding of computer systems (Windows related software), hardware, printers and Video Conferencing systems

Nice to have

• ITIL Knowledge

• Any further IT skills are desirable

Personal Skills

• Ability to work in an international organization (English communication skills are required)

• German communication skills are beneficial

• Ability to manage her- or him -self to solve complex problems

• Business attire when on the job

• Team Player
