I want to have a LAN hosted website or Utility build that multiple users can run to build quotes for machinery. We need to be able to save quotes, copy exiting quotes, manage a database of parts and part groups. I want to have a way to print something simple that shows each line item and total price we can hand out to our customer.
Currently we use an excel spreadsheet that we just type line items and numbers in to come up with a grand total we give our customers. Sometimes the number is really simple (total parts costs + installation costs x markup = sale price). Sometimes they are more complex and require us to figure in lease rates, maintenance plan costs, paper costs, toner costs.
I pretty much want the functionaly of the attached spreadsheet expanded on and made smarter with more options.
I need to be able to communicate with you easily verbally and I need you to call me to be considered for this project. I want to make sure we can communicate over the phone and that you have a good understanding of what I am looking for.
